FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CAN I COLOUR MY HAIR ?
Yes you can, but only before or even on the actual day of the Brazilian Blow Dry, after that you will need to wait two or more weeks otherwise you will have a problem with the Keratin seal.
WHEN CAN I WASH IT ?
Four days after the application is recommended but not less than three. Your hair may take about a week to settle in, so until the first two washes your hair may feel a little overloaded. You may need to be prepared for this. It is a small price to pay for a totally new look.
BEFORE THE FIRST WASH ?
If its a little messy from sleeping on it that night , lightly run a regular pair of GHD Irons through your hair.
IS THERE ANYTHING SPECIAL I SHOULD KNOW ?
Your shampoo is very important be very careful here.Salt in a shampoo or Sodium Chloride will strip away the treatment of Keratin, therefore if you wish your Brazilian Blow Dry to have a lasting effect, make sure you inspect your shampoos ingredients first before washing. If needed we have a Brazilian BD Shampoo which is specially designed for your hair after treatment. This also contains a Nano-Polymer layer which will protect your Brazilian Blow Dry.
WHICH CONDIONER SHOULD I USE ?
This is not as important, you can stay with you regular product. Some people may find that they may not even need conditioner at all, how about that.
CAN I WEAR MY HAIR UP / GO SWIMMING ?
Of course you can, but please wait until three days before doing so, this is the delicate stage.
CAN I HAVE THIS, ? MY HAIR HAS ALREADY BEEN THROUGH A JAPANESE HAIR STRAIGHTENING PROCESS.
Yes, you can and even after any other chemicaly straightened treatment, it really can make you hair feel that soft.
HOW LONG CAN IT LAST ?
Three months is the average and other people have lasted up to much more .
